The pass office is located in the West Village on the mountain.
Office hours are:
8:30am-4pm weekdays
7:30am-4pm weekends
The best time to visit the pass office is during non-holiday weekdays. During Mt Bachelor's busy holiday season or weekends, your wait time may increase considerably.

The Mt. Bachelor Season Pass gives you access to 3,683 acres of skiable terrain, 7 high speed quads and 71 runs. As the 5th largest resort for skiable acreage in North America, you'll need the whole season to fully explore all this mountain has to offer! Season Pass Office Hours: Starting October 1, the Pass Office in Bend will be open Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The office is located at 115 SW Columbia Street. The Season Pass Office moves to the mountain on Nov 16 and will not be open for business that day.
